1. General provisions
This policy governs the processing and protection of personal data of synapsea.agency visitors (the 'site'). The data controller is Sole Proprietor Danila Shubin (OGRNIP 325366800091928, Tax ID 366312228304, the 'operator'). Using the site and submitting forms constitutes the user's agreement with this policy. The policy is based on Federal Law No. 152-FZ of the Russian Federation ('On Personal Data').
2. Data we collect
Through the contact form the operator collects data voluntarily provided by the user: name, contact details (email, Telegram, phone), task description and related information. The operator also automatically collects technical data: IP address, cookies, User-Agent, referrer, on-site actions — via Yandex.Metrika and Google Analytics.
3. Purposes of processing
Data is processed for the following purposes: handling of user requests; providing services under an existing or prospective contract; marketing analytics and site quality improvement; fulfilling obligations under applicable law. No special or biometric categories of personal data are processed.
4. Legal grounds
Processing is based on the user's consent, contracts (including public offers) and other grounds permitted by Article 6 of Federal Law 152-FZ.
5. Third-party transfers
The operator does not share personal data with third parties except: transfers required to perform a contract (payment providers, hosting, email and Telegram services); transfers to authorised state bodies when required by law. Where required by Russian law, services process data on servers located in the Russian Federation.
6. Retention
Request data is stored until the purposes of processing are achieved or consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 3 years. Accounting data is kept for statutory periods (at least 5 years). Cookies are stored until they expire or are cleared by the user.
8. User rights
Users have the right to: request information about the composition and fact of processing of their personal data; request clarification, blocking or deletion of their data; withdraw consent to processing; complain to the supervisory authority for personal data (Roskomnadzor). Requests should be sent to admin@synapsea.agency — we reply within 30 calendar days.
9. Security
The operator applies legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data: TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access control, regular software patching, backups. Employees with access sign confidentiality obligations.
10. Changes to this policy
The operator may update this policy. A new version takes effect when published on the site. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document.
